Spring Wharf coming to Bath in 2019

It is almost impossible to keep track of all the construction projects running in Bath at this time, however, there is a new one breaking ground, Spring Wharf.

Legal and General has started construction on the new accommodation at the crossroads near the old Bath press building. The development will consist of apartments to rent however they have facilities and great services included in your rent such as a gym, on-site staff and allotments.
